Well that was about my pictures, so here goes about my history. I was overweight at (238 lbs.) Decided to do something about it, so I got back to dieting and managed to get some weight off.
Here is a short synopsis of my journey. Starting weight 238
10Jan05: 228 lbs.
Measurements
Chest 45 above waist 44.5 waist 45. tummy 53. hips 51. arms 15.50 thighs 31.0
16Mar06: 169 lbs.
Chest 39. above waist 37.75 waist 35.50 tummy 42.5 hips 42.5 arms 12.0 thighs 21.0
69 lbs. lost and 74 inches.
Although I have put on a few pounds I have been able to stick around the low 170's and now that I have started the Turbo-Kick class and am doing it Mondays and Fridays I am hoping to see some movement on the scale.
Monday's class was a blast. Robbie always makes it fun. Each week new people are showing up. Pretty soon we will be full and they will have to expand the classes. Right now Rob is teaching 5 times a week Mon 7:30pm, Wed 6:30am & 7:30pm, Fri 7:30pm and Sat 2 pm. I will have to see if I can get into the gym and do a workout with weights to augment things as well. Right now I can't seem to get motivated to do that with taking a night class at Seneca. This will last until Aug 9th and then maybe I could even go to the Wed night class as well. Gave in with being on the information desk in the public office and being bombarded with questions non-stop, and ended up eating a chocolate bar. I don't know that it satisfied me with my frustration level but the constant flow of people gets to me after a while. Oh well, I only have to do this job until friday and then I won't have to do it again. Once we move to Finch and Yonge I won't have to do this job anymore. 3 days to go and counting.
