I am a 63yr. old woman who is changing her life from fat to fit! I am doing Turbo Jam at home and attending Turbo-Kick classes with Irish-Robbie in Toronto and have now got Certified to teach Turbo-Kick. Hence the name Turbogranny.

Motorcycle Granny & Friends
Wow! did we have fun at the Women's Show on Saturday. We got our Fireman's Calendars for 2008 and had lots of samples of food and drinks. We walked our feet off. Then brought home all kinds of samples as well.
