Well here I am again. I have been off on holiday for 3 weeks. I have been busy with writing an exam for a course I am taking, had my Sister (from Belfast, Ireland) come to visit for 9 days, ( got her to try my 20 min Turbo-Jam dvd with me) and ran around visiting relatives.
Went back to work on the 14th and am settling back into the work thing.
We only have 3 days more to work at this location at University and Dundas. We move to Yonge and Finch this weekend so will be travelling a new route from Monday. The one saving grace will be that I have to change trains at Bloor and Yonge to continue eastbound to Kennedy station so getting out to go to the gym at Yonge and Charles is on the way. This will now make my trip a wee bit longer each day but since I have finished my course, I now have Wednesdays free for class as well as the Monday and Friday class. I am looking forward to adding the class to my schedule.
Well having family come to visit is lovely but running around to relatives and going shopping was fun but the amount of eating we did was terrible and it was all the old things we used to eat that made us fat. I at least have my Sister working on her weight situation as well, so I can bounce things off her and her off me.
I definitely need to get back to basics. I ended up putting on about 6-7 lbs. in the last 3 weeks. My new wardrobe is now starting to get a wee bit tight in places. Especially around the waist. I tried getting back to normal eating at work this week and found when I arrived back they had a big luncheon with all kinds of food for us leaving and followed it up the next day with a big cake. That did things in for those 2 days. I am now trying to be good for the rest of the week. I have a Doc's appointment on thursday evening. He is going to wonder what the heck I've been doing. He'll probably want to see me in a couple of weeks instead of a month. Need to get back to normal fast. Today should be okay as I brought my food, and tomorrow, I will go get my Hot Greek Salad for the last time from Pegasus restaurant and say goodbye to Angie.
I had a great time lookingg at all the pictureds posted on the new Camp 2006 post. What a great time was had by everyone there. Lucky Robbie, Heather, and Ellen. I am definetely jealous. I will have to same my pennies so that I can go to camp and possibly get certified. Ellen was talking about going off to Rochester as well for a trip to see Christine and try out her class one weekend. This sound like a great time. Hope to be able to go along with them and now Rob is talking about the Rochester people to come here and do a certification here in Toronto. Wow, that would be awesome. I can't wait to hear what's going to happen. I will try to post some more pictures as time goes on as well. Susan
